ALL PURCHASES
The placement of an order through summerhillbathrooms.co.uk indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The purchaser must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the mainland UK. Each order made through this site is accepted as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. Our acceptance of your order may be refused at any time.
DELIVERY
A great many products are held in stock, but some items are ordered specially, or made-to-order. We will provide an estimated delivery time by email/phone. These dates are only estimates, and we accept no liability whatsoever for being unable to meet the delivery date. We strongly advises you not to arrange labour or engage in any preparatory work until in full receipt of your goods. If any item is out of stock, a Summerhill Bathrooms representative will email or telephone you to advise you of the expected delivery date.
We use a number of delivery methods, but all fragile items are delivered via a door-to-door service, and will require a signature. Where a delivery is prevented by non-attendance by the customer, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

PRICE MATCH
We will match any price you find for the same product, provided that the product is available and in stock within 20 miles of our stores. Simply provide a written quotation from our competitors. This excludes internet only offers. We will also refund you the difference if you find a cheaper price within 21 days of purchase.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods found to be faulty before installation should be returned immediately to our store for inspection and replacement. Goods found to be faulty after installation may require inspection before any replacement can be made.
SHORTAGES & DAMAGED ITEMS
You must check the delivery note against the items delivered AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY and inform the driver of any shortages or damaged items. Claims for shortages cannot be accepted after delivery, and you must notify us of damaged items on the day of delivery.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Orders must be cancelled in writing and may be subject to administrative charges to cover manufacturer/logistics charges. Where made-to-order items have been purchased, these may be subject to further cancellation charges depending on the state of production. Some made-to-order items are not cancellable - please confirm this before ordering, as refunds on such items are NOT possible.
Before returning any goods, the customer must contact Summerhill Bathrooms Ltd to obtain a Returned Materials Authorisation. Please call us to obtain this before proceeding.
Goods cannot be returned after 28 days from collection/delivery, and must always be in their original unopened unmarked packaging and suitable for resale. Tiles must be returned within 2 weeks from delivery and in complete original unopened unmarked packages. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of faulty goods via one of our approved carriers. After receipt and inspection, shipping charges will be refunded for items found to be faulty.
Stock Items
Subject to the general terms above, goods will be subject to a restocking charge.
Non-Stock Items
Subject to the general terms above, non-stock items are generally non-cancellable. However, in some cases returns may be accepted at our discretion, but will be subject to a minimum restocking charge of 25%.
Made-to-Order Items
Custom items which have been made to order are always non-returnable. Made-to-order items include (but are not limited to) some whirlpool baths, shower cabinets and all fitted furniture. If you are in any doubt, please contact our store manager who will advise you which items may be affected.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We do our best to maintain the most accurate information on this website. However, all images, descriptive matter, and specifications are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We accept no liability for any innacuracies either in price, colour, or specification shown other than where your statutory rights are affected. We strongly advise customers to seek technical advice from qualified sources before ordering or carrying out any work. Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice.
We are entitled to adjust prices to take account of changes in supplier's prices or the imposition of any tax or duty, or if our published price is incorrect whether or not the order has been processed.
